What’s Not Covered
– Food and drinks outside of planned meals and events
– Personal excursions or activities not included in the program
– Hotel extras (spa, room service, minibar, etc.)
– Souvenirs, shopping, or other personal expenses
Travel Stipend Amounts
– $500 if leaving from the greater Indianapolis & St. Louis areas
– If leaving from Northern IN or NC, Keri Hite will connect with you directly
*You will receive a follow-up email with additional details and instructions on how to complete & submit your expense report.
*You should have received an email from the Renaissance Hotel with your reservation confirmation. Please let Keri Hite know if you did not receive the confirmation.
*If you’re driving your personal car to/from Nashville, you can submit for full reimbursement. If you’re ridesharing/carpooling, the person whose car you’re riding in should submit for the full stipend. And if ridesharing, we’ll cover your lunch on Saturday (up to $25/per person)
Important Reminders
– Please share any food requests or allergies with Keri Hite beforehand so we can ensure meals work for everyone
– A personal CC will be required on file for each room – This will only be charged for incidentals
– Bring a valid ID for venues
– Pack comfortable attire for daytime exploring
